Journal: Region - Educational Research and Reviews DOI: 10.32629/rerr.v7i4.3861
Abstract
Ancient anti-corruption stories are rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture and are a precious treasure
for the construction of anti-corruption culture in the new era. They reflect the excellent qualities and cultural heritage of the
Chinese nation, such as integrity, uprightness, and serving the people. They also embody the Chinese people’s concepts and
value pursuits of integrity and anti-corruption. These stories have accumulated experiences and behavioral norms of
integrity and are a valuable resource for anti-corruption education for college students in the new era. It is essential to
delve into typical ancient integrity stories, extracting their core spiritual values. Effectively conveying these stories to
college students can help cultivate correct values, strengthen ideals and beliefs, and stimulate a sense of social
responsibility. By integrating these stories into classroom teaching, club activities, social practices, and online
dissemination, they can be presented in ways that are deep, lively, practical, and innovative.
